First of all login.

There are login links on the main page. If you cannot remember your password. Use the forgot password link.

When you are logged in you should see a list of your albums.

Click on your page, and you should see an "Edit" button.

Click on that, make the changes and then if you are happy click on the blue underlined Save.

Your changes will be saved.

If you have an email address set and you actually have some swaps your page should now be at the top of the "People with swaps (100 most recently modified)" view on the front page.
